This month’s spotlights our talented Technology Consultant, Juliann Li. When she’s not crafting innovative solutions for our clients on the Appian platform, Juliann indulges in her lifelong passion for opera.

Juliann’s journey with music began in her primary school years when she started playing the piano and explored classical compositions. This early connection ignited her enduring interest in opera. She continued her opera exploration during college and has since attended remarkable performances at venues like the Kennedy Center and the Met, with favorites including La Traviata, Aida, and La Boheme.

To further immerse herself in the opera experience, Juliann actively engages in opera courses offered by the Metropolitan Opera Guild, with “Verdi’s Voices” being one of her favorites. In the upcoming opera season, Juliann is excited about fulfilling her dream of witnessing Carmen in New York City, a remarkable addition to her opera bucket list! 🎶🎭✨

This week’s Fireside Friday spotlights one of our most fulfilling clients yet! 🔥 Ignyte partnered with an investment firm create a centralized data hub to help securely capture their key information among the business’s internal users. The client had several departments that were using outdated methods to track and capture data which was inefficient for their communication needs. 💼

To create efficiency, our consultants streamlined the firm’s service delivery and implemented digital workflows to automate manual tasks. After conducting extensive user testing to confirm the solution met our client's needs, Ignyte provided training and organizational change management support for all users to assist with the rollout of the improved workflows.🔎

This month’s features our associate consultant, Matthew LoPresti, who moved down to Washington from his home in Connecticut. Before joining Ignyte, Matt's journey began on the football field at the age of 7, sparking a lifelong passion. 🏈

During his college years at Hamilton College, he played four seasons of NCAA Football, with two of those as a starting Linebacker and special teams player. Notably, he was part of the Hamilton team that broke a 20+ year rivalry losing streak against the Amherst College Mammoths! 🚀

Matt's football stats include 97 tackles, 4 fumble recoveries, 1 interception, and a memorable blocked field goal on his final career play.

While he may have hung up his cleats after his NCAA career, Matthew is now driving the Playbook at our ServiceNow practice, contributing significantly to Ignyte's success! 💼

The last stop on Ignyte’s on the Road Tour was The George Washington University! The Ignyte team was ecstatic to have had the opportunity to get to know everyone at the Engineering Career Fair and Symposium Friday afternoon! 🔥
