It is with a broken heart that I announce the passing of Dennis Czuchra, PAC. To some he was their medical provider. But, first he was a husband, father, grandfather, friend, colleague and to us he was our family.

Please keep the family and friends in prayer during this difficult time.

On March 31st 2020 our practice celebrated the retirement of Dr. Frank Sheldon (pictured with Amanda Smithwick, Clinical Director) and his nurse Sandy Harris, RN. The town of Washington and the surrounding areas will miss them greatly, they are like no other. We at Healthworx are honored to call them part of our work family.
