At Big Franks, the health and the well being of our customers and communities is our top priority.

We, at Big Franks strongly encourage and recommend you to use our online website and place a take out order. We also will do delivery for people unable to reach our location.

Big Franks BBQ and Grill in Waterbury is a fun family restaurant.
At Big Franks, it takes an early start to the day to get everything ready for the noon-time customers. Their owners are in most mornings at 7am to slow cook the chicken and ribs, pulled pork and the brisket.

Big Franks is not a full service, it is not a fast food place. We are more casual with an emphasis on barbeque. Baby back ribs, bbq beef brisket, pulled pork and bbq grilled chicken are some of the barbeque items on the menu.

Big Franks uses the commercial Cattleman’s Classic BBQ sauce spiced with the Big Franks homemade red hot relish and italian style onion relish.

In the past eight months new ownership has been there, Big Franks has added a few menu items including fresh homemade grilled chicken marinated from our twenty years experienced chef, Ribeye Steak Sandwich, Fresh Beef Burgers, Ribeye steak wrap or grilled chicken wrap, the homemade mushed potato with gravy, italian style marinara sauce served with fresh calamari rings fry.

Also on the menu, Boar’s Head different sandwiches such as Pastrami sandwich, Reuben sandwich on a rye bread, Peppermill Crocker Turkey sandwich and Buffalo chicken breast sandwich.

Combinations are available for customers too. They can choose their own preferred sides such as sweet potato fries, fried poppers, mini corn dogs, tater tots, fried mushrooms, zucchini or chicken strips and other fish selections are available.

Now in our restaurant you can enjoy European and American style Beer!
