this rose flower essence was made under a clear blue sky and under the May Gemini sun. a bright red Cardinal visited just as the roses started steeping in the spring water. this rose bush had no buds last year, not even a single bloom. this spring, it is covered in buds and flowers. when the plant started blooming, I was sitting next to it as I often do, and immediately got the push to make a flower essence with it. it felt as though the roses were so eager to be worked with. it felt as though they deeply want to tend to the heart{s}.

nephrite jade is a great stone to work with for well-being, adding it to work with the rose essence could be a beautiful combination.

this flower essence is made with organic glycerin so it contains no alcohol. it was created to be used intuitively, 3-7 drops under the tongue or in your water as needed is one use suggestion. you can also add the essence to your bath water, to your skin on pulse points, in lotions or oils, or in a spray. more detailed use suggestions will be sent with the flower essence in shipping.

it’s been the biggest blessing having Daniele teach yoga and offer sound baths here at the shop. she is extremely aware of making folks feel safe and comfortable, always encourages students to follow what feels ok in their bodies, makes space for anyone at any level of experience, focuses on rest and the importance of it, truly respects other’s cultures and is aware of taking actions to do so, and is all around such a genuine wonderful instructor and friend. it’s not going to be the same without weekly Wednesday yoga during this pause, but thankfully she plans on being a part of wherever we go next 🤍✨

wow, yesterday was a dream. 💭🦋 thank you all, as always, for such a wonderful and love filled event. it was the most perfect way to have our last big artisan market here at 4180 Dixie before having to leaving the space ~ celebrating the magical spring equinox ~ and new beginnings.

the last [pretty much] 3 years have existed of so many local makers markets. thank you to everyone who has ever participated and to all of those who choose to support our small local businesses. 🫶🏻✨
