Today is the first day of Fall. Did you get outside to get inspired??.

My daughter’s creation. There’s so much going on in the world. It’s challenging to know where to focus. If it’s your healing time one has to focus first on the self and take time to connect with nature and therefore yourself. It’s not glamorous necessarily but the creation that follows can be if you want it to be.

Everywhere I look lately I see incredible pattern… amazing design ideas coming my way… meantime I analyze my own patterns and habits. Working on new healthier habits. How about you ?? My biggest challenge is exercising self compassion. What’s your most difficult “challenge” ?

Today is a sad day and a day to honor Queen Elizabeth II. So odd just yesterday my daughter was researching her as she oddly wanted to be her for Halloween - and then today those same pictures are everywhere… She was a female leader and we will miss her grace, elegance and her devotion to her role and duty.

Happy Labor Day weekend… for those working moms, it’s a whirlwind with schools back in session and the days starting to cool down… for all who start to plan their next moves in these coming weeks - remember to pause and create pauses in your day for self fulfillment. Just time for you to focus on you so you can give more and be more present with others… these pictures exude the joy I feel when I spend time with my kiddos ;) .
