4 pm - CONVENTION CENTER
Candidate Round Up on the current state of LGBTQ rights in Iowa hosted by Ras Smith

Visit with informational booths, try the latest food vendors, get your Pride merch and find ways to get involved in our community, all within a few steps! More than 100 booths for you to explore await at this year's event.

We also have something new! The Rook Room is a gaming event group that will be hosting gaming in the Convention Center Saturday afternoon starting at 2 pm. When you need a break from the heat, come inside to enjoy a game!

1) We are at capacity for all spots and can no longer take further vendors. Thank you everyone for your interest! We will again start taking sign-ups for CVP 2025 in April of 2025 so watch our Facebook/Instagram and our Website for the go-live of next year's sign-up!
2) For those of you anxious vendors waiting for set-up instructions, now that we have finalized our sign-ups, we are working to finalize our set-up plan and hope to have instructions to you over email by this weekend. If you have more immediate questions, please email us at [email protected].

Did you know CVP partners with our friends at Pretty Good Co to fill a Free Art Dispenser at Pride? We'd love to feature your work!

Cedar Valley Pridefest and Pretty Good Co. encourages artwork from the LGBTQ+ community and allies alike that portray LGBTQIA+ subject matter with an emphasis on pieces that align with CVP’s mission to highlight the community and promote understanding and inclusion. This is an open call to artists of all ages and skill levels.

Submission Entry:
We are seeking up to 8 new art prints from local Q***r and ally artists to fill the dispenser for the upcoming 2024 event. Artists will be paid $25 dollars for the use of their work in this project and receive free admission to Cedar Valley Pridefest (up to 8 artists.)

What type of art are we looking for?

Media that can be printed with a Risograph printer onto an 8x11 sheet using a single color. In the past, we have had comics, poetry, tarot cards, and sketches. We have had so much wonderful and diverse art come through these dispensers! We are excited to see what you have to share.

Will Cedar Valley Pridefest or Pretty Good Co. use my work for any other purpose than the Free Art Dispenser?

Absolutely not! Our goal is to platform Q***r and Ally artists while making art accessible at Pridefest.

What is a Risograph Print?

Risograph printing is a technique best described as 'digital screen printing'. The process is similar to screen printing where one color is printed at a time, but with the convenience of an office copier.

VENDOR UPDATE: We have had a significant number of commercial vendor sign-ups in the last two weeks and therefore need to close to further commercial vendor sign-ups. We closed food vendor sign-ups several weeks ago as well.
