Waterloo 'lights it up' after passing of someone who kept the lights on Spectacular downtown bridge, river illumination comes two days after downtown preservationist Donna Nelson passes away.
For this week's feature, Archivist Catreva Manning has pulled a black and white image taken in 1959 at the Black's Department Store strike.
