Quick little appreciation post for how far I have come and feeling super vulnerable! Almost 40 pounds lost and down 3 pants sizes! When I look back at these pictures I can’t believe the difference. So happy I made this change and grateful for my family who has been so supportive!

EDIT: lots of people have been asking how I did this so figured I would post here. The credit goes to nutrition by design , Cheryl Zyko in watertown! she is an amazing nutritionist and helped so much in helping me to learn how to eat healthy! I highly recommend her if you are looking to make a change!

Congratulations to Laurie for her amazing hard work. Laurie has lost several sizes and she looks and feels wonderful.
More importantly, Laurie is healthy due to her weight loss and fueling her body properly. She is now able to stay physically active on a daily basis because she has the energy to do so.
Laurie lives down south, so we manage her appointments virtually. The accountability every 2 weeks keeps Laurie on track and I email her new meal plans to keep her motivated and successful.
She’s a pleasure to work with and We’ll continue to work together on a maintenance level. ❤️

I started working with Cheryl from Nutrition by Design in January 2022. I was at my heaviest weight after having my first baby. I have always been athletic and into fitness but I was severely lacking education in the nutrition department and it was evident. With the help of Cheryl, I was able to learn more about nutrition and the foods my body needed in order to function at its best. Cheryl gave me the tools, education and a clear plan that I was easily able to implement. The design of her program also held me accountable; knowing I had to meet with her biweekly meant that I needed to put my best foot forward. Fast forward to 7 months on the program and I have lost 41 pounds and over 12% body fat. I have gained so much more- a healthy, balanced relationship with food that I will always have beyond the current stage of life that I am in. I have the mindset that I eat certain foods to fuel my body but I also know that I can enjoy foods that I love too. None of this would be possible without Cheryl and Nutrition by Design. If you are looking to make a sustainable change to your life, I cannot recommend Cheryl enough. Thank you Cheryl!
