Join us on October 15, 2023 for the 2023 Boo-le-Bark on the Boulevard Costume Dog Parade, sponsored by Phil Hughes Honda! This year's theme is "Shoot for the Stars"--we can't wait to see the costumes participants come up with!

Parade check-in begins at 3:00 is in the beautiful and shady Boulevard Woods park, located at 298 Barber Street in Athens, GA. The parade begins at 4:15 at the intersection of Barber Street and Boulevard (just in front of the park) and continues west along Boulevard to Lyndon Street, where it turns left for a block, then continues left on Dubose Avenue. After two blocks, it turns left on Grady Avenue, then finishes back at Boulevard.

Along the route, enjoy live music courtesy of Historic Athens' Porchfest. Vendors tables will be set up in Boulevard Woods, with food available courtesy of the Rashe's Cuisine food truck.

Parking is available on the streets throughout the neighborhood, with offstreet parking available a block from the parade route at Emmanuel Episcopal Church (498 Prince Avenue).

The costume contest, sponsored by Nestle Purina, begins at 3:45, with registration check-in beginning at 2:45. Contestants will lead off the parade and five lucky winners will receive gift baskets stuffed with treats, dog toys, and gift certificates.
