This adjustment can relieve pressure on your neck and upper back, helping to realign your head with your shoulders. 🙌

1️⃣ Sitting Elbow Curls: If this exercise feels too challenging, just hold the sitting position for a minute. This posture is perfect because it shifts the load to your sit bones, relieving pressure from your lower back. 🧘♂️
2️⃣ Standing Quad Stretch: Pull your shoulder blade back and down for the best results. 🎯
3️⃣ Standing Forward Bend: Focus on pushing your hips back and lifting your buttocks up. 🍑
Remember, the position of your pelvis is key in all of these exercises. If you find it difficult to tilt your pelvis forward to create an arch in your lower back or tilt it backward (tucking your tailbone), it could indicate limited pelvic mobility.
