Homeowners surprised to find their million-dollar house listed on Zillow for $10,000 Kansas City couple's house placed for sale on real estate site by an unknown party for a fraction of its market value.

The railroad will be doing a repair to the Grand Avenue crossing (near Carroll University's football field) starting on Monday, June 17, 2024. The road will be closed to traffic and remain closed for two weeks.

Access to Williams Street businesses will remain open while Grand Avenue is closed.

Drivers will need to follow the posted detour or use an alternate route.
