Had my first sale of coffee for a cryptocurrency.

Ask about paying with Dogecoin or other cryptocurrencies. Doge preferred.

I don't use fancy bags. I don't put fancy graphics on my labels. I don't try to dress it all up in ribbons and bows.

Sure you can make something look fancy and pretty.... With the real proof is in the cup. You're not brewing my label. You're not grinding my bag and putting it in a filter.

Maybe someday I'll go fancy.... But for now all that counts is the bean and the finished cup. Brew on friends.

Here is a good example of how a white roast compares to a French roast and what the blend looks like.

My "Black & White" blend will be available shortly. I have settled on using the Peruvian for the white and Mexican for the French. The end result is a cup of coffee that tastes like coffee with a bit of the white coffee nut flavor notes. You still get a 25% spike in caffeine over a regular cup of coffee.

New Developments - Flavors

I am waiting on my first shipment of flavorings. The flavorings I chose are organic, vegan, gluten free and allergen free. I chose to use some of the highest quality flavorings available to continue in providing a high quality product.

The flavors are -
Mocha
French Vanilla
Hazelnut
English Toffee
Caramel

I added them to the site but may have to deactivate them as I wait for them to arrive.

I just got my website live. Working on postage costs at the moment but feel free to visit. It will expand. I will be adding a ground white roast as well.

Last day at Cedar Creek Mall Craft & Vendor Show

I am here until 3pm and today's sample is... Guatemala.

Guatemala has notes of brown sugar, chamomile, pear, and chocolate. Sweet and fruity!

It's a funny thing how the small green beans puff up in the process. The white coffee will remain rather small like the green ones but have a very nutty flavor...so far the white reminds me of peanuts.

The Mexican Chiapas beans I use are fair trade organic as well as being strictly high grown (1350 meters). The beans roast extremely well and even creating a great cup of coffee.

I am not a great photographer....so this is how it will be for now. The coffee is way better than my pictures.
