New beer drop....."Hot Laps", our latest Pilsner that takes you on a refreshing ride! Crafted with premium Pils and chit malts, this brew boasts a light, crisp body. The subtle floral and fruity notes from Hallertau Blanc hops in the kettle blend perfectly with the aromatic dry-hop trio of Czech Saaz, Hallertau Tradition, and Motueka hops. ABV - 4.8% 27 ibu's
With the Hmong Wausau Festival coming to town this weekend, chef Cher rolled out his famous egg rolls. Chef Jake and Cher along with the rest of the team also managed to knock out two other specials featuring local vegetables from some of our favorite farmers. The end of an era has begun.
On Sunday, June 21st, we celebrated the life of Mark Koepke, who passed away unexpectedly on November 27th, 2023. He was an avid cyclist, traveler, lover of all things beer, coffee & art related. He has touched SO many people in so many ways - including us here at Red Eye. Mark was the owner of most of the bikes on the ceiling that he so kindly shared with us & all of you, bringing us a couple bikes here and there to change out throughout the past 16 years.
We aren’t 100% sure what their new story is going to be, but the bikes will slowly get new homes; leaving shadows upon us just like Mark left so much impact on all of our lives. One of the things that Tristan, Mark’s son, touched on during Sunday’s celebration was that his father was wanting to start a blog and share the different chapters of his life right before he passed. So that is how we are going to view it - it’s just another chapter. We are so thankful that he was apart of it.
