🚨We interrupt our regularly scheduled programming for an announcement! 🚨

After three years, this edition of the Auction Committee is ready to pass the job on to the next amazing group of volunteers. Planning the auction is challenging, rewarding and so much fun. Every year, especially with all of the pivots we've had to make, we have been truly overwhelmed by the love, support and generosity of this Jefferson community. Within the past three years, the annual auction has raised over $35,000 in support of Jefferson students, staff and families. 🤯

We have met new friends and made connections with some awesome local businesses. Working on the Auction Committee is a wonderful opportunity to challenge yourself and make a big impact in our community. And we will be here to pass the baton to the next team and help them run with it!

We will be working through invoices and making deliveries over the next couple of days. Again, THANK YOU to you all for helping this event be a success each year. And please consider stepping up to the plate - you will not regret it. 🥰💙

The Teacher Raffle is done. The auction committee members used auto-generator to determine the winners. The lucky families should be notified by email shortly. Thanks again Jefferson Family. Last night was wonderful 🎉

So much gratitude for everyone who supported the auction this year - we far surpassed our $10,000 fundraising goal and had the best time connecting with friends, old and new! Thank you for donating, bidding, and your friendship and encouragement. So exciting to think about what this money will do for our school!

A friendly reminder to please pay those invoices if you haven't gotten a chance to do so yet. You should have received a summary of items won when the auction closed at 10 pm. Please let a committee member know if you have any questions! We are spending the day reviewing invoices and will be contacting you about delivering your items!

FINALLY, stay tuned for updates on the winners of the teacher and staff packages! We will be drawing those names when we are able to gather as a committee shortly. All winners will be notified by noon today!

🍻In order to avoid a crowded and time-consuming checkout line, we will be delivering items for all of the winners starting Sunday, February 20th. Once payment is received (within 24 hrs, please!), an auction coordinator will contact you to make arrangements for the receipt of your items.

🍎 For our teacher and staff donations - the auction committee will be drawing the winner's names after the auction closes at 10 pm Saturday night. We will contact all winners by NOON on Sunday, February 20th.

Pikler triangles are a toddler climbing toy that has been trending for the last few years.
They were originally designed by Dr. Emmi Pikler over 100 years ago and only recently began gaining popularity because of the benefits they offer toddlers for the development of gross motor skills. They are best suited for kids 6 months - 5 years.

We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again. After careful consideration, the Auction Committee has decided to move forward with our in-person event at Third Space Brewing from 7 pm - 10 pm on Saturday, February 19th. We are so excited to have the opportunity to gather again as a community!

We encourage everyone to participate in the way that they feel most comfortable - whether that means attending in-person or bidding from home. Whatever that looks like for you, we are grateful for your support! If you are considering joining us at Third Space, we ask that you please stay home if you are not feeling well.

The Auction is taking a different approach to winning the coveted Jefferson staff packages this year! We would love to make these wonderful donations more accessible to all students, so this is how it will work.

💙Each staff member donation will be listed on the 32Auctions website.
💙There is a “Buy Now” option on these packages - each family is eligible to buy ONE $10 entry into the drawing to win that package.
💙At the end of the night, the auction committee will draw the names of the winners of each package raffle-style and contact them at the email address used on the 32Auctions website.
