Spooky Lab Day is October 25th, 8:30 AM- Noon! Wauwatosa STEM will be hosting its highly anticipated “Spooky Lab Day” for K-5 students in multi-age engineering groups. Spooky Lab Day is a favorite tradition at Wauwatosa STEM, transforming our multi-age classrooms into a series of creative, spine-tingling STEM labs. Parent volunteers lead the entire event and will guide students through a variety of science themed experiments—from concocting slimy potions to investigating the mysteries of force and the skeletal system. Each station is designed to spark curiosity and excitement about STEM and encourage critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving while celebrating the Halloween season.

Using our digital microscopes to explore and identify the different rodent bones in an owl pellet to kick off our muscular/skeletal unit!

Mark your calendar! Fall-O-Ween Party! Friday, October 18th 5:00 - 7:30 PM outside at Hawthorne Glen. We'll make s'mores, tell spooky stories and more. Costumes encouraged!

Our first PBIS assembly just ended and we might have had a little bit of fun!

We celebrated not only earning over 1,000 Team Together Tickets together, but the top two earning classes so far: WSTEM 2/3 Team A and Mrs. Petri's class! Those classes had the opportunity to wrap their teacher's in toilet paper!
