You ever watch a movie or a video where the actors are so good at what they do, that you can practically *feel* the love being portrayed? That’s what it was like shooting with Logan and Lauryn, except they’re not actors! Going through and editing their gallery made me feel like I was flipping through the pages of an absolute fairytale. I could feel their genuine, authentic love all over again and let me tell you, I am here for it 🤩

“I’m awkward in pictures.”
“I have no clue what I’m supposed to do.”
“You’ll have to photoshop this and that because it won’t look good.”
“I’m nervous in front of the camera.”

These are just a few of the things I’ve heard when talking to people before we start a session, and none of them are ever true! There’s something special about when the elements all work of together in melodious harmony. The soft sun danced with the wind while playing peek a boo behind the clouds.

Jake and Bianca’s engagement session was an absolute dream. They completely transformed this rooftop and made it feel like something straight out of a fairytale.

I've found that, so far, one of my favorite things about photographing couples is it's like watching a romance movie, or reading a good book, and completely falling in love with the main characters over and over again. Except everything is real life and you have a front row seat 🤩

Calli and Elijah absolutely killed this session. I have worked with the absolute best couples (and families!) this year, and I truly could not be more thankful and blessed 🧡

This was such a sweet and special engagement session 🤍 These new friends of mine are all the way from England, and just happened to get engaged here in Waxahachie over the weekend! I had the absolute honor and sweetest opportunity to snap some engagement photos for them while they were still in town. So thankful for such a special time.
