The Wayne Township Police Department is currently hiring for the position of Entry Level Police Officer. All applications must be filed through the Police Apps website and the deadline to apply is October 7th, 2024 at 11:59 PM. The minimum requirements as well as each phase of the hiring process is outlined on the Police Apps website. Today, our beloved brother, Detective First Class Eric Jason Clemente “Jay”, passed from this world into God’s hands. Jay fought an aggressive form of cancer for 7 years and did so with a valor, dignity and grace that was awe inspiring to those who knew him. Jay was light hearted, quick witted and a consummate professional. A tremendous community policing minded officer and good friend, Jay will be missed by many.

The 2023 Joseph J. Alvino Golf Outing was another huge success this year! Thank you to all of the golfers who came out and played with us and all of the sponsors who donated. We want to acknowledge One Oak Medical who, once again, was our largest supporter. Last but not least, thank you to the staff at Preakness Hills County Club for all your hard work.

This morning, members of Wayne PBA Local # 136 raised money for the Special Olympics by participating in the annual torch run.

2022 Wayne PBA Christmas Party.

It's that time of year again and we will be collecting toys for the Marine Corps Toys for Tots. You can drop off your toy donation in the boxes located at the Wayne Township Municipal Building or Wayne Township Library.
**Last day to drop off toys this year will be Thursday December 15th**
