We had this big buckling born this morning. Unfortunately, mom didn’t survive, but we were able to save him by c-section. Baby buckling is doing great, and is eating like a champ.

Two bucklings, and two doelings born this evening. We have had 4 doelings and three bucklings born so far this kidding season. On watch for a couple more that should kid within a few days, then we’ll have a break for a month. Why do they pick the wettest/coldest nights to kid????
