In this immersive 4-hour workshop we will dive deep into the art of Thai bodywork, a powerful healing practice rooted in Thai medical theory. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to learn a comprehensive whole-body sequence that can be applied to friends, family, or clients.
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn a 90 minute full body comprehensive sequence that involves compression, massage, passive stretching and a variety of other techniques that are useful for most bodies and will provide relief for common aches and pains.
Thai body work is a beautiful addition to any massage therapists practice who want to create a more ergonomic way of practicing body work. It is also great for partners who want to learn easy ways to give relief to their partner without so much muscular effort. Bring a partner, a friend, or come alone!
I look forward to guiding you through this transformative practice, helping you deepen your connection to yourself and others through the art of Thai bodywork.
