Erin Pazderka offers therapeutic Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal, Sports/Athletic, and Hot Stone Massage.

She is also certified in Breathwork Facilitation, Reiki and Sound Bowls.

“Hi, I’m Lizzy! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and Master Attuned Reiki Practitioner! I am certified in cupping and prenatal massage, but energy work is at the forefront of everything I do.
