Covid has been here for 9+ months now and winter is looming. Mental health issues related to our lock down and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression and other mental health disorders. NAMI, The National Alliance on Mental Illness has a 24-hour helpline: 800-950-6264. The relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020.

Hi All-

It’s been a while. Not for the lack or want to post and update but for so many other reasons. This year has been rough for so many of us- this I understand! However, with that being said it’s given much needed time and self reflection and some certifications which are all pluses for the organization and what’s to come over the next year.

Facing your own s**t is some of the rawest, toughest things a person can do, but it must be done in order to become the best version of you possible. As the old saying goes, “if YOU aren’t any good, you aren’t good for anyone”.

Stay tuned, keep your heads up and know you are never alone. We are all right there beside you. If it gets too rough, message.

It has been a while and I sincerely apologize for those out there that follow us. However, great news is that we are beginning full swing to look for volunteers in all backgrounds as well as those who want to sit as team leads and members. Covid-19 put a damper on quite a bit for everyone and now that we are beginning our new normal, so is the organization. I am proud to say the classes are almost fully ready to go and now we are in the building phase of our “team”. HS and college students, this is a way to get some volunteer/internship hours.
What we are looking for:
*Data entry/administrative work
*Veterans in recovery
*First Responders of any background
*Family of those with PTSD, depression, anxiety etc.
*Referral service providers (counselors, chiro, acupuncture, LMts) willing time work for free hours with a write off or on a sliding scale
*People that can help with fundraising and event planning
