Our first ride together on the street with Jakes new Ducati 750 Monster. Had to do matching burnouts leaving the house.

Gathering moss Ranch Speedway, motorcycle racing this weekend. Sign up at 8 am, practice at 9am, heat races start at 10am. All in order to beat the heat. Food truck on site for your grubbage pleasure. We'll be there.

Lone Star Flat track Series will be at Gathering Moss Short track located at 1216 CR152 this coming weekend 5-18-19. Gates open at 9am, racing starts at 1pm. Gen Admission is only $10.00 kids 8 and under FREE!. Bring a lawn chair to catch all the action. All 50cc bikes race for FREE also! Hope to see y'all there!

As we roll out to the Texas fandango in Fredericksburg this weekend I can't wait to see what type of unique, classic and custom motorcycles that the Cycle Stop race team will find this year.

Another blast from the past to the present day. Customer rolls in today and asked if we'd get this bike running that belonged to his best friend who was the original owner, that passed away. Said sure thing. Went out and looked at it and right off the bat noticed the Pasadena Honda key fob. Been doing business with Pasadena Honda for over 30 years. Gene and Sara Brady were some good friends along with their son Mark Brady. It was Mark that inspired our son Jake to take up motorcycle drag racing.

Blast from the past. This is my son Zach (red leathers) racing Yamaha YSR's out in Katy back in the 90's. The two riders in front of him are Tommy Hayden (yellow leathers) and the late Nicky Hayden, former MotoGP champion. I had this picture autographed by Nicky at the Daytona 200. Asked his mechanic if I could see him for a minute in the garage area and he asked why. I said that I'd like for him to autograph this picture of him. He took one look and said yep that's Nicky alright.

Took Jake's vintage Kawasaki H-1 and H2 out for a cruise this past Saturday out to the spectacular Sunset Lounge. I had an H-1 when I was in the Army. sure brought back some good and scary memories. Tell ya what, also it is a special experience to go vintage bike riding with your son. and to have a son that appreciates the vintage motorcycles.

Just around the next curve, Cycle Stop's 30th year of servicing motorcycles. We'll be launching a new webpage, have month long specials and a blowout party at the "Spectacular" Sunset Lounge. which will have it's own rewards. Stay tuned and we'll keep you updated.
