This open-level, slow-flow class allows both beginners and experienced yogis to personalize their practice.

At least once a season we do a class in the rain and it’s amazing! 🌧️ And it looks like it may be tomorrow (Tuesday morning). You can practice under the canopy or under the open sky!

*PLEASE NOTE: I’ll make a final decision about class by 8am. If there’s thunder or lightning class will be canceled. Feel free to register and stay tuned!
