☀️Summer has officially arrived! Here are a few tips to keep your skin healthy during this hot 🥵 spell!

💦Stay Hydrated. Make sure to drink plenty of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. Also apply hydrating skincare. In the evening after exposure apply a hydrating sheet mask like anti-aging sheet mask.

🧴 Don’t forget your sunscreen. Apply at least a 1/2 a teaspoon of SPF for your face and neck, at least SPF 30, every 1-2 hours depending on amount of exposure. I recommend a mineral based sunscreen like SPF 40, or Sun Shield tinted SPF 50.

🍊 Apply Vitamin C. Vitamin c serums, used in the morning, can help prevent hyperpigmentation, and also can help with lines and wrinkles. I recommend Professional C serum.

🧖‍♀️ Get a professional facial. During a facial, I do deep cleaning to remove the sunscreen, oil, and sweat buildup, followed by deep hydration, and soothing massage. My style is always to customize for your concerns and skin goals.
