Jerri Barkley, Destination Marketing Operations Director, honored the Hospitality Industry with the Cornerstone Award at the Annual Chamber Banquet! The Cornerstone Award is intended to honor businesses or individuals who are passionate about the Wenatchee Valley and invest their time or resources to strengthen the community.
Congratulations to our 2021 Business of the Year, Goodfellow Bros! Dan Goodfellow accepted the award on behalf the business. He and his brother Steve are third generation of a four-generation company. In his acceptance, Dan focused on Wenatchee as the heart of Goodfellow Brothers. “We are Wenatchee people. Wenatchee is like a giant magnet; you can leave and there’s this draw that keeps you coming back to this community.”
Careers After School - Wenatchee Police Department
Thank you to the Wenatchee Police Department for making our December Careers After School a huge success! This is the first CAS workshop we've held in nearly two years and this was a fantastic way to jumpstart the program.
