Guest safety is our #1 priority. With that in mind, we have established new Security Procedures that will go into effect on September 1, 2024.

⚠️ Please be advised that the Town Toyota Center is transitioning to a clear bag policy! One clear plastic or vinyl bag per guest will be accepted. This means that backpacks, purses, bags, and clutches that are not clear will NOT be allowed in. Exceptions include medical device bags, and diaper bags (child must be present). All bags will be checked.

⚠️ All ticketed events will now require entering through a metal detector before entrance to the building. Security wands may be used. Weapons are prohibited.

⭐️ We encourage you to plan ahead for ticketed events and arrive early to ensure time for these new procedures, and prepare to leave your purse or bag in the car if not clear.

Training camp dates and times: 🔒

All of our training camp games will be in the main arena at Town Toyota Center and are free and open to the public!

It's not often that we have to share bad news 😫

Due to the cancellation of the Aerosmith Tour, The Black Crowes show on 11/22/2024 at the Town Toyota Center has unfortunately been cancelled as well.

All tickets will be fully refunded in the coming days including any associated fees. Refunds will go back directly on the card used to make the ticket purchase.

Any tickets purchased with cash will be refunded at the Box Office during normal business hours.
