Spring Lotus has an open position for a Server! This is an opportunity to work with one of the Best Asian Fusion restaurants in town. Applicants must have at least 1 year of serving experience and have their MAST permit. This is a part time position and open availability is a must. Clean all pots, pans and dishware
Maintain station and anticipate business demands.
Maintain a clean and professional environment
Help with the breakdown of the kitchen at the end of the night.
Light prep work.

We offer minimum pay + tips. Sring Lotus is open 7 days a week, with very few exceptions. Applicants must demonstrate a strong work ethic, stand long hours on your feet, meticulous attention to detail, an ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and the desire to learn and contribute to a the team.

To ALL of our DEAR CUSTOMERS....

Just wanted to let EVERYONE know how much you and your business is Appreciated. It's been a very tough 2 years since this pandemic, and even more so these past months with the Staff that we currently have. Some have stayed and some have gone, as we all hear of the limited amount to workers. We too are affected, but that doesn't mean we give it our Best shot for who and what we have. Our timing Sucks! Yes, we know. It is a reflection of our Leadership, and that starts with the top. Please be kind to the current staff as we continue to grow make adjustments. Spring Lotus has an opening for a Server/Host position to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers. Job duties include greeting, serving customers, providing detailed information on menu, multi-tasking various front of the house duties and collecting bill. We are looking for a team player that can effectively communicate with our kitchen staff. Applicant must have at least 1 year of serving experience and have their MAST permit. 2 Available positions: Part time Cook and Part time Prep (Spring Lotus)

Spring Lotus is looking for a few candidates to fill in the key roles of kitchen prep and cook. Current positions are part-time, but could easily expand to full-time work shortly. The position for Kitchen prep requires at least 1 year experience for a restaurant. The position for Cook requires at least 1-2 years experience. Must demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability. Work will require long hours on your feet. A willingness to perform other duties assigned. Assist in the kitchen as well as the dining room as needed. Flexible schedule is a plus, which includes weekends and holidays if needed.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience working in a fast paced, high volume casual food environment
Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high quality standards
Must be dependable, enjoy working as part of a team and be customer service oriented
A current valid food handler's permit is required, or the ability to obtain one upon hire
Must be available to lift over 50 lbs
Must be available weekends and holidays. Previous experience preferred but not required
WA State food handler's card required
