Another huge deck remodel . We pulled all the old cedar an tore down there steps to rebuild. Then replaced it with timber tech antique leather with a dark roast border . Then installed west burry black aluminum railing to go with it . We also built there  pergola on the upper deck . Customers were so happy with the finsh project . Another basement finish 4 weeks total time . 700 sqft finish . 2bedroom one closet ,custom half door finsh for under stairs for storage . Sump pump cover with custom seating . The flooring is a Laminate waterproof mountain east wood collection ,color maverick . It turned out really nice ! Thanks for the businesses!

This was a fun one , we had 8 working business days into this one (deadline). Turned out great . Couple of challenges along the way we had to blend popcorn ceiling in . Also we had to blend in orange peel along the soffit . Custom beams made out of cedar an a deadline which we made . On to the next project!

Another deck build turned out great !

Deck rebuild : tore down an rebuilt both staircases ,replaced all decking with treated cedar tone . Reused  balusters . Installed 4x4 on handrails where needed . Installed two new peirs were needed . Installed hangers on joists were there weren’t any . All finished an customer satisfied. On to the next !

Kool fireplace build we just did . Three days In an out . Turned out real nice !!

Another beautiful bathroom finished up . This was fun with the wall trim an white marble flooring flowing with the gold accents . ( I did not design just built ) the home owner had good taste. Love it

1 bedroom one bath finish ,from drawings to flushing a toilet in 18 days . Turned out awesome !!
