Creative Being Professional Counseling & Consulting
Today was one of those days that when you lay down you kinda just sigh with a feeling of mixed emotions. Happy, reflective, exhausted, inspired and wonder are some of my heavier emotions I felt today. We all desire to understand different circumstances that have occurred in our lives. We all strive for inner peace and happiness. We all want to be seen and understood. We all can learn from each other if we are open to being taught. We all don’t know if tomorrow will come. All we really have is the moment. Let’s not take that for granted. I choose to live my life sharing my love with others and with the full understanding that we are all on the same boat. Anyone and everyone is always invited to my table… ❤️
GN world. Wish you sweet rest. 😴
I have a client that has been diagnosed with Multiple system atrophy; it is a very rare disease. She has given me permission to post. Does anyone know of any resources out there that could assist her? Also, she is needing a provider but doesn’t have social security. If anyone has any information that can help her in anyway, please inbox me. Please keep her in your prayers! She is such an amazing individual! Thank you in advance. 🙏🏻❤️
Spent some time this morning with my son doing some Creative Journaling. We did an activity called ‘Current challenge’. We drew out what our ‘current challenge’ looks like for us and had a chance to journal with it and give it a voice.
He also discovered his Why.os.
What a special morning! ❤️ I love you pops!

Fun day with little ones at Seguin Elementary in McAllen I.S.D. We even had some parents join us. Totally fun talking about feelings and being your unique self with music, paint, dancing and mask making. The energy was high! 🎉🙌

I’m thankful for the opportunity to do what I always dreamed of doing!! 🙏🏻❤️
A full day of workshops for middle school students at De Leon Middle school in the AM and Cathey Middle School in the PM. Today we focused on S.M.A.R.T. Goals combined with some personal reflection and fun! Thank you McAllen I.S.D. for the opportunity to serve your students! 🙌
Got to spend some time with my high school basketball coach. As much as I have to things to get done, spending time with her was more important today. She impacted my high school years in such a positive way. We hadn’t seen each other in 23 years. I strongly feel we must make the time for those we love the most. I love you coach! ❤️

Here I am, collaborating with incredible individuals from all over the world.
CEOs, business coaches, and authors—each one inspiring me in new ways.
I realize now it’s time to stop playing small. I trust that God has placed me here for a reason, right in this moment.I’m filled with gratitude for my biggest supporters: my husband Michael, our children Michael, Theresa, and Faith, and of course, my mom and siblings. This journey has taken me from the small town of San Benito (home of the might Greyhounds), to sitting here today, living out my purpose. As I reflect, I can’t help but think of my dad. I can feel his love and pride with me now. He would be so proud of who I’ve become, and I hold onto that. This journey has been full of growth, and I’m reminded not to limit myself.
The only boundaries I’ve faced were the ones I set in my own mind. God’s timing is perfect, and today, I’m living out the dreams He’s placed in my heart.
No more playing small—it’s time to fully embrace the purpose I was made for.
Here’s to stepping boldly into the next chapter. I’m ready to live out my Why. Let’s me know if you are curious about discovering your why!

Here I am… headed to New Mexico for the WHYCON 2024 Scaling Your Impact conference. Never ever have I gone alone out of state because of my terrible sense of direction. Today has started with an early morning drive to Harlingen airport with heavy rain. I don’t own an umbrella; I’ve been gifted some, but I refuse to use one because I don’t want to miss out on feeling the rain. Well today I wish I had one. Lol! I entered the airport totally wet BUT I made it. 🙃 Going back to my sense of direction, I can literally get lost coming out of the bathroom in a large restaurant. Yes, a plane takes you to your destination. Yes, an Uber can take me to my hotel but I can get lost anywhere. Hard to explain unless you too suffer from no sense of direction. Even parking my car at airport, I had to really pay attention to signs and things around. Having no sense of direction makes me feel dumb at times. I’ve noticed that my inner critic is so loud; my chatter in my head is non stop. I’ve noticed that I feel small, insecure and anxious when I feel incompetent. Why am I sharing this? Because maybe someone out there reading this feels lost at times to- perhaps maybe in a different way. I am hoping to inspire THAT person to get up. Despite the inner critic, despite feeling small and insecure…. Get up!! One step at a time.. I always say: we can’t expect change and make no changes. Today is a full day of anxious feelings for me till I get to my destination and I know that BUT I am not going to allow that to keep me from experiencing something new. I always want to be someone that walks my talk so to all my clients…. We’ve got this 🙌
Let’s remember that saying: Not all who wander are lost ❤️
Time to go meet a stranger 🙃 Yes, I’m one of those annoying plane travelers. Lol! ✌🏻
