Sorry for the delay in posting. We have been busy, busy everyday.
We arrived safely on Thursday afternoon and had a bit of a debacle at the airport. Honduras has a very corrupt government and they basically do whatever they want. They stopped us after we put our bags through the machine and demanded money for us to be able to leave with our bags. We had 19 bags of medical supplies, hygiene packs and gifts. After 2 hours of being detained, they finally agreed to let us leave when we paid them to get the bags back. It was very frustrating because we are here to help others, not trying to sell or make money off of any of those items. Our men kept their cool though and had a tiny taste of what it’s like to be unjustly treated like Jesus was, when they did nothing wrong. I posted two pictures of them when they were being harassed about the bags.

Once we got on the road, things have been great since then. We can feel the love of the people and the love and guidance of God in all we are doing here this week.

Today begins day 4, we had a wonderful worship this morning and are now on our way to a very poor part of San Pedro Sula to do a clinic there this afternoon.

Dr Micah, Mitze and Jack will be leaving in one week to embark on their mission trip to Honduras. We are excited to hear about the way God uses them as the become the hands and feet of Christ. Dr. Micah, his wife Mitze and son Jack along with the Lighthouse World Missions Team will traveling back to Honduras for Dr Micah's fourth mission trip. The past trips we have always had wonderful patients and friends who ask how they can help bless the people there. We already have all the Medical Supplies we need this year (it was graciously donated by a patient), so we are doing something different this year. Did you know the Mayo Clinic proves Spinal Decompression to be up to 88.9% effective for back pain! This a real life in our clinic pre-decompression x-ray vs a post decompression x-ray! I went to Costco this morning to pick up some groceries and they had a table set up in the middle of the store for people to get a Flu Shot. This made me think about a Blog I wrote in 2018 on my Richeson Wellness website. I thought it would be good timing to post that here so you can be educated on making this decision. Each person should consider carefully ANY vaccine you inject into your body. Do the research for yourself so you will be confident in your decision. Changes are coming!!
It’s been 15 years since we opened, so it’s time for a redo. We just repainted the entire office and next is new carpet and woods. So excited to see it all finished!!!

To prepare for what the media is about to say is coming-

Most importantly (because the mind is way more powerful than you probably realize) don’t live in fear, but be empowered and KNOW that your body is amazing and is wonderfully made by God. Also know that your body has EVERY ability to combat Covid, and if you do get it, God gave us all we need on this planet to heal. What you need to prevent it—
10k IU’s of D3 per day, if you feel like you’re getting sick, increase it to 40k IU’s per day.

2,000 mg of Vitamin C twice per day, morning and before bed.

Zinc- 100 mg per day, and do not take on an empty stomach or you will feel nauseous.

Quercetin- 500 mg per day

*If you do get Covid take all of the above and add the following-

Elderberry- 200 mg, 1x in the morning and 1x in the evening for a total of 400 mg

Garlic- you can swallow garlic pills or you can put 16 garlic cloves in the oven- cook at 450 for 10 minutes. Let cool. Eat or swallow two cloves every three hours until symptoms subside. Garlic will kill ALL pathogens!! So just be aware that you might experience a detox from other pathogens you might have in your body (parasites, fungus, viruses or bacteria)

Oregano- you can swallow, or use as a topical solution. If you choose to use topical (in the form of essential oil) you need to cut it with Coconut Oil or it will burn your skin.

UNBELIEVABLE!! Someone hit my husband’s Yukon AND my Tesla in the parking lot of our office today and then just drove off. The weird thing is we were 3 parking spaces apart but yet we were both hit on the same day. His is WAY worse than mine. But regardless, they still broke the paint on mine which means it will still have to be repainted. 😡
This was in the office park at Cypress Ridge. If anyone witnessed this happening, please let us know. Blue paint was left on my husbands car.
