Happy New Year! I'm grateful that 2023 brought a lot of time making memories with my family; my favorites being bringing Henry to Sam's races around the country and Henry's 2nd Birthday. Spring has to arrive at some point, right? ⚘️ When it does this customer will surely be enjoying their deck! We built this deck as well as added an exterior door leading right out to it from their kitchen. The majority of our work takes place inside, but we also like to work outside to give you another reason to love your home.

Every inch of this bathroom got an upgrade here. New window, new lighting (can + vanity), hexagon floor tiles, cabnitery, shower surround, and a custom linen clost for extra storage. This color palette makes the whole space feel lighter and cleaner 🤌🏻

The transformation that this duplex we renovated from top to bottom and inside out is pretty incredible. We shared the bathroom last week and are now revealing the kitchen and living room space (swipe through the photos!).
The 'before' photos is how the previous tenant left the house. It took quite some planning and imagination to see the potential here but we love how it turned out!

Final touches!
A great example of how trends recycle themselves. I've taken a lot of door handles like this one out of homes to be replaced with something more modern. Well, this customer chose to add these door handles into her brand new house. Gold is another trend that is coming back in style!

Sometimes it takes *a lot* of imagination when buying a property that needs a lot of work. We've been showing you some 'during' photos as we've been working on this duplex the past few months, but we can finally share the 'after' photos as it's another job we have completed! We're going to start off with sharing the bathroom. Can you even believe it's the same house?!
The bathroom was so tiny before you could hardly move around in it and the shower spout was below shoulder level. We had to move some walls and completley change the layout, but now it's a gorgeous space!

A super small sneak peak at a job that has some of the most unique color choices, fixtures, and custom builds that we've ever done. It's scheduled to wrap up in the next 10 days so we'll give you the full view then 😊. This has been a fun one as we love making a reno super customized based on what each customer dreams/needs

We've been renovating an entire duplex these past few months and this week we're starting trim work, which is the last step before the space is move-in ready. We're looking forward to showing you the full reveal as the transformation is epic! And if you can't tell, I really love my job. 😃

It has been over two years since we completed this bathroom remodel but we still think about it.

Custom epoxy floor, custom concrete vanity, a walk through shower (so big it's technically called a shower room), and a low shower head for the dogs! Not to forget that bathtub and chandelier 🤌🏻. We added a dormer onto this house to make space for the bathroom, walk-in closet, and master suite. It's one of the larger remodels we have done but remains an example of what we can do in any space!

Another bathroom renovation we completed: it took a full demo to replace an outdated space (look at the pink bathtub!) and make it much more modern and luxurious feeling. We love how it turned out!

Bathroom facelift 🚿. Sometimes it doesn't require a full demolition to update a space! We weren't quite finished when this 'after' photo was taken, as you can see the window trim wasn't finished, but you can see the dramatic difference!

Never a day off 😁! Today we were picking out everything from flooring to backsplashes to shower surrounds for the duplex we've been showing you in the last few posts. Excited to start installing as now the space will really transform!

Not too long ago we shared a bathroom renovation we did for very close friends of ours. We're devastated to share that yesterday their home caught on fire, and had the homeowner not arrived when he did, they would have lost their entire home.

One of their cats who was home during the fire is currently in the ER fighting for their life. It doesn't end there, unfortunately, as the homeowner's sister was involved in an accident while bringing the cat to the pet ER. On top of that, the homeowner's father was admitted to the ER yesterday morning (unrelated to the fire).

We can't begin to imagine what they are going through, but we do know this, the Best In Class Remodeling community is full of amazing people who have trusted us in their homes and become like family to us. Last week we told you about a duplex we are renovating from top to bottom! We're excited to show you the latest progress which is taking place in the basement. Previously, this space was full of stuff, spider webs, and resembled a dark dungeon you wouldn't want to spend any time in. Needless to say, it took a lot of work to get to the point! It was worth it though as we were able to complete a custom epoxy floor.

This type of epoxy floor is called "flake", it's easy to clean and is waterproof, which is great for basements. The homeowners can now use this space for a laundry room, gym area, and added storage.

We're in the middle of quite a few renovations right now, including this duplex which is getting re-done from top to bottom and inside and out. Before the temperatures dropped we were able to do a lot on the exterior including landscaping, new windows, and paint.

Now we are moving our focus inside and this week various inspections are underway before we can start putting dry wall up. We're looking forward to sharing the progress with you over the next few weeks! Can you see the potential?

Epoxy floors ‼️
Most people associate epoxy floors with garages or basements, but we've started doing them in businesses, garages, kitchens, and bathrooms too. It's easy to clean, durable, and actually very customizable (lots of different colors, patterns, and even textures to choose from).

When The Bread Pedalers requested a marble looking epoxy floor with gold, we took our crew down to Chicago to learn how to do it ourselves. Now we have the experience & tools to offer it as one of our services for customers. Here's some photos of when we did the epoxy floor in The Bread Pedalers!

An unfinished basement is like a blank canvas to us and it's one of our favorite jobs to do because it gives the customer so much more usable living space. This particular basement remodel resulted in a much brighter and more welcoming space for our customers to use, incluing a full bathroom.

We'll start with this bathroom remodel we did in West Allis. During demo we realized that with a light push, the exterior wall would move, so it needed to be replaced. We were able to repair that while transforming this bathroom into a beatiful & modern space!
