We're thrilled to welcome both current and new students to our new location in West Babylon, NY!

Classes will be every Monday and Friday!

Strong and Fit Class - 9:00am-10:00am

This class is designed for older adults or for those who like to include low-intensity and low impact workout moves into their fitness plan!
This class will include: Warm up, Dance Cardio, Light-Weight Strength Training, Isometric Training and Stretching!

What to bring: 3lb + 5lb weights, Bottle of water, Great Attitude!
60 minute class

Chair Yoga Class - 10:15am-11:15am
Based on the practice of Asana poses taught in the Hatha Tradition - We will use basic poses as the foundation for awareness of your body's alignment, natural movement principles and breathing.

In this class we will gain strength, flexibility, energy, balance and concentration!

What to bring: Yoga Sticky Mat, 2 FIRM blankets, 2 Foam Yoga Blocks and a Yoga Belt!
60 minute class
