One of our staff took this photo of the Honor Flight landing at EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, WI this year. It's a truly emotional experience witnessing the outpouring of pride and support for the veterans that participated. If you ever get the chance to go, we highly recommend!

Yesterday, we showered Stephanie with blessings, love, and some advice as we celebrated her upcoming wedding!

Congratulations, Stephanie! We are so excited for you! Let the countdown begin!

We took advantage of some beautiful weather and celebrated Easter with an Egg Hunt! 🌞

There were some eggcellent surprises to find, like 1/2 day PTO, 2 hour early out, $50 cash, $20 cash, free coffee from a local coffee shop, and candy!

On Saturday, we celebrated 2022 with a Casino Night!

It was so nice to get together outside of work and enjoy a great meal, excellent drinks, and fun casino play! There was lots of laughter, cheering, and clapping as cards were flipped, dice were rolled, and the ball was spinning! Thank you to all of the employees and their guests for making it a very fun event!

Our business provides funding and payroll services to the staffing industry. As a member of our client services/payroll team, the role of the Payroll Specialist is to ensure the accurate and timely processing, printing, and distribution of payroll checks and direct deposits for assigned clients, in accordance with company policies and procedures and government legal requirements. Though you will have assigned clients, our team of payroll specialists rock! You will be supported by the team and support others on the team to ensure we exceed the expectations of our clients.

Competencies:

• High school diploma or G.E.D and less than one year of related training and experience
• Related schooling and experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Manages difficult or emotional customer situations
• Maintains confidentiality
• Works with integrity and ethically
• Balances team and individual responsibilities
• High level of organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
• Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented and self-motivated

We enjoyed getting to meet everyone who attended the Legislative Conference at the beautiful Madison Club in Madison, WI on an uncharacteristically gorgeous fall day in our home state.

There were a lot of great speakers, including Patrick Morin from Transact Capital Partners LLC, who gave some great insight into mergers and acquisitions - what makes a sale move quickly, blow up, and how to meet short timelines.

We also really enjoyed the You Be The Judge session, led by Eric H Rumbaugh at Michael Best, Nina Neff from Attorney at Law/Lettler, and Clay Pautz at Parallel Employment Group. It was interesting to learn about real-life cases that happened with staffing companies. Making it interactive and fun for the audience was especially engaging!

We had the opportunity to join the round table discussions during lunch, and it was nice to "talk shop" with other people in the industry. Hearing what staffing companies are dealing with in the current market and "what keeps them awake at night?" was enlightening.

We also got some mic time when we were introduced as a chapter sponsor! You can see Paul representing our company and explaining how we empower growth, stability, and success for our clients.

The Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services Legislative Conference is underway! We are excited to be meeting fellow Wisconsinite StaffBosses!

Every year for the past 7 years, we have been able to sponsor a family for Christmas through the Family Promise of Washington County, WI thanks to the generosity of our staff.
