Gearing up for a great Fall! Back to meetings in the Lodge, the calendar is filling up with fun events and community service activities! 7-9 PM this coming Tuesday the 6th, come join us! State Officers will be visiting on Oct 20th. Our next informational night is Tuesday October 27th at 7 -8:30 PM at the Masonic Lodge in West Bend.

No physical meeting tonight. West bend Chapter will be meeting on Zoom tonight for multiple reasons. Thank you.

Where's West Bend DeMolay? The Chapter has been following directives from within the organization and the govt to stay at home. It's harder to make noise when that happens.😉 Fear not! We are still "here" and making plans for a long over due Installation of new officers and some (mostly) outdoor activities as soon as able!

West Bend DeMolay is going to rock the Food Contest this Thurs! After all the Christmas family fun, bring family and friends and come on out to the West Bend Masonic Center at 6 pm the 27th to challenge the WB DeMolay Chapter for the Food Contest title! Help us set up by registering your team and cheering section for the contest and the all you can eat nacho bar after! ($5 each contestant, free to watch, $5 each nacho bar, proceeds to Wash Cty Humane Society). Hope to see you there!

West Bend DeMolay thanks the district 10 Masons for allowing us to present the Majority Service for Sr deMolay Charlie Smith, MM (DDGM of D10, formerly of Butler DeMolay Chapter) and Kevin Aubery, MM (formerly of WB DeMolay and now new DAD for WB DeMolay). Thank you for sharing this special moment in time with our Sr DeMolay members of the Masonic family. Also thank you for your participation in our annual Cake Auction! With your bids and especially the help of the two special hand-delivered pie recipients, District Lecturer Erwin Wuehr and WB DAD Jim Diem, our fundraiser was a huge success! The DeMolay and their SH and miniSH appreciate their elder Masonic family's involvement in Chapter activities!

Majority Service being held at WB Masonic Center on Oct 26th at 11 am. If you are a Sr DeMolay who did not have the service, you are welcome to go through the service with us. Reach out by the 20th so we can have enough seats and certificates. There will be a Masonic Dyslexia Centers presentation at 10, during the District 10 Fall Mtg. Open to the public at 10 am. Come for the presentation, stay for the service, then join in the bidding war for the handmade delicacies and the special delivery pies! Lunch after the auction is $10. Please RSVP by the 20th for any of the above.

Saturday is Community Service Day #1 for this Term! MC Giorgio has food on the brain and wants to make sure others get fed too! WB DeMolay is heading up to Sheboygan Falls to help with Feed My Starving Children! Stay tuned for pictures after the event!

Brat fry to end the season! Two of the West Bend DeMolay young men earned Fundraiser and Masonic Merit Hours today as they helped the Hartford Masonic Lodge No. 120 at the Pig in Hartford. Their help was invaluable! The Hartford Masonic Lodge will apply the raised funds to its support of scholarships and other community supportive actions. Well done today West Bend DeMolay!

West Bend Chapter of DeMolay is on its way to support their Masonic sisters in Ozaukee. Job's Daughters Installation of Officers is tonight at the Ozaukee Masonic Lodge. West Bend DeMolay Sweetheart Briana A is joining being Installed as Marshal. Congratulations to her and the other Bethel officers!

Kringle Sales done. Next up...Masonic service! Spending some time with our elder brothers in our Masonic family! (Doesn't mean they're old! Just older than the DeMolay! 😉) Hartford Lodge Ladies at the Table will be presented with the Ceremony of Light by WB DeMolay next week Friday. Next week Saturday, DeMolay will be helping the Masons with spring cleanup. Much to do but many hands keep the work light and make it fun in the process! Come join us 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 7 pm at the West Bend Masonic Center. Speech and drill, leadership skills, comradeship and fun times! Had a great time at the Fiesta Latina for Casa Guadalupe last year! Planning to help again in mid May this year! Come see what else the DeMolay youth have planned!

It's time for DeMolay Prom! Better known simply as " D Prom", it's our annual state wide end of year gathering. Our Job's Daughters Masonic sisters, any friends we or the Jobies invite, and our Chapter Sweethearts, honor Day of Comfort with a donation of goods to whatever charity the State Sweetheart has chosen. We dance, and catch up with old friends and make new, and generally enjoy the grand setting of the Tripoli Shrine Center for the evening. The State youth leaders always do a great job planning and executing D Prom! Thank you to our Advisors and parents who drive and chaperone. The pickup crew for food drive may be a little wet, but the food pantry is about 20 bags better off! Thank you to the neighborhood we asked to help this year! Good job to the hand out and pick up bags crews!

Last mtg our Master and Senior Councilors did a great job presenting and explaining needed bylaws updates. Elections for next term were held. Some of our members attended a public Masonic ceremony in Hartford this week to honor Masons with 35+have years of service. Plans are in motion for the DeMolay Installation Ceremony Sept 29th at 2 pm at the West Bend Masonic Lodge. Please come join us. Stay for the simple reception after and meet these young guys growing into upstanding men and leaders. Also, our next meeting is this Tuesday, Sept 18th at 7 pm at the WB Masonic Lodge.
