Congrats to our CEO, Andy 🏁

Slinger Recap:

Andy qualified 18 of 20 cars. Andy started 3rd in the 10 lap heat race and the car in front of him pulled off with motor issues, giving him the pole position. He stayed up there and came away with the heat win 🏁 We don’t remember where he started for the feature, somewhere around 16th and ran smoothly for a clean 12th place finish.

Mitch qualified 12 of 21 cars. We wrenched on the car all day adjusting the setup and got it decent enough, but couldn’t get the tire stagger where we needed it to be. Mitch started 12th for the 75 lap feature and was stuck in the outside lane for a while dropping 20th 17 laps in. After a few cautions and restarts, Mitch was able to make his way up to 9th by lap 40. Struggling with tightness the rest of the race, Mitch ended up finishing 11th.

Haver makes his second TUNDRA visit to Wisconsin International Raceway this Saturday, May 11. The 75-lap Battle for ‘The Bear’ pays $3,500 to the winner. First green flag is at 2pm 🏁
