We began looking for houses when we were in the area for a couple of months but had to continue our search from a distance in the months that followed. Right from the beginning, Ed listened carefully to the types of things we were looking for in a house and changed and adapted the search as our preferences evolved. From beginning to end, he worked with us to find fitting possibilities and willingly spent time helping us to check each one out, first by taking us through the houses in person and later, when we were no longer in the area, by going to see them and reporting back to us. He went above and beyond in SO many ways and was always happy to do so. Even now, a few days after our closing, he is still passing along references and numbers for home maintenance, checking on our house in our absence, and continuing to help us line up all the things necessary to transition to being owners of the house.
Ed cares - about his clients, about the community he lives in, and about the job that he does.
