All my home buyers out there this is actually good news 👍 and bad news👎.

The good news is that for well qualified buyers who were looking below their pre approval budgets this should mean less competition in the market as some buyers get priced out of the homes they were looking at the months prior.

It’s bad news because every buyer will see their buying power lowered unless they locked a rate. It will take a few months for the market to catch up as some buyers submitting offers now still have rates from months prior.

Another before and after from my flip in Montville.
