Who says all developers do is sit behind a desk? Meet Cathy King, our globe-trotting principal developer who is anything but your typical coder. Thanks to airline flight benefits from her hubby (hello marriage perks!), Cathy has visited Tokyo, Copenhagen and for our Game of Thrones fans, the rope bridge in Northern Ireland. Did we mention she is a mom of 5? We don't know how she does it all but we're sure glad she's a part of our team.

An avid hiker, baseball fan and (our personal favorite) interior design enthusiast, Charley is one the nicest, most down-to-earth guys you will ever meet, and an important member of our development team. I mean, who doesn’t want to work with a guy who accidentally says “I love you” when signing off Google Meet? We love you too, Charley!

Erika Martino, Art Director

Erika surrounds herself with art and creativity. She meticulously restores old cars, reimagines antique furniture into cool, modern pieces and takes DIY home projects to another level. And that’s just what she does for fun on the weekends.

At 20/10, Erika draws upon real life inspiration to design beautiful and intuitive collateral and digital assets. She has a natural understanding of color, space and photography and uses this knowledge to create unique visual elements for brands.

Sometimes it's the little things that bring the biggest smiles to our faces. We asked our Developers what brings them extra joy this holiday season. Steve’s been a developer with 20/10 since the very beginning - 20+ years - so he’s the one to bribe for the good stories (especially about Joe.) Being on pacific time, he also single-handedly extends our 20/10 working day by 3 hours, so we’re available to clients longer on both coasts. His unwavering cool-under-pressure attitude would have made for an amazing career as a doctor or a pilot, so we’re glad he brings those skills to 20/10 each day.
