Let’s talk about meat and potatoes! Dueling steaks! We were in the mood for carne asada, so I did that, plus experimented with some chuck eye steaks with Bourbon County rub. 😃

Both smoked and then seared over lump charcoal and pecan wood. Paired it up with garlic mashed potatoes that helped out with and a mushroom gravy made with homemade ham and turkey stock.

Needless to say, we are now firmly planted on the couch. Stick to your ribs deliciousness. Smoke on!

Lima is our Peruvian Chicken blend featuring pasilla chiles, cumin, Mexican oregano, and apple cider vinegar powder for a little extra tang. After a short hiatus, all of our finishing blends are back in stock! Gilroy and Calabria are available online, and Seoul will be added this week. 😄

For those that haven’t tried it yet, Seoul is a Korean finishing blend featuring gochugaru peppers, toasted sesame seeds, roasted garlic, chives, and Himalayan pink salt. 😋

It’s an incredibly balanced blend of earthiness, heat, and sweetness, and it’s full of beautiful savory notes as well. Grab a bottle to perk up any dish of your choice! 😁

Don’t forget all of our seasoning blends are available at the West Chester Co-Op on East Market Street in-store shopping on Tuesday’s from 1-7pm & Thursday’s from 2-6pm! 😁

After four years of trying to maintain the same price for our customers, the time has come to slightly increase the cost of our products. Our ingredients’ prices have been constantly creeping up for the last few years, and in order to maintain the same quality from the same providers, this is a necessary (but hard) move.

Our three-ounce seasoning blend bags are going up to $7.99 each. Our finishing blends will be staying at $15.

We hope that everyone understands how difficult this change is. Prices will be updated on the site tomorrow, 4/1.
