New classes start April 4th at . Classes will be all ages and abilities, inclusive and trauma informed. FAMILIES ARE WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED! It’s a fun opportunity to move your body, mindfully, and learn some new things! Classes will be outside, set to fun music and lead by a highly experienced movements arts teacher- me! 🦄 Please comment with any questions!
