Once upon a time 9 years ago I was pregnant 🌸

My daughter has grown on this trip. More responsible, more aware, more brave. It’s been absolutely beautiful to watch. From helping my Mom walk safely to telling people that push her on the streets to “MOVE” to walking down to the lobby herself asking for what she needs and all around GROWN. I cried last night thinking of this…yes I was on mushrooms but still. I woke up feeling utterly BLESSED to be her Mother in this lifetime.

My body keeps changing. As I change, the love for every inch of myself expands. I offer my body that love and respect through my energy intake and allowance, nourishment, pleasure and rest. In the past I have let my body be objectified, unacknowledged, abused and used to feel what I thought was love. I forgive myself for the hurt I have caused myself, knowingly or unknowingly, out of my own pain and confusion. I know now my worth is born into me and I choose how I connect with my body. This is me, bowing down to the body I am honored to live in. I’m still and always will be a business owner. is growing and glowing. I’m soon too expand my offerings with my new certifications and education in birthing, postpartum and death and grief. I’m honored to be in my second month working for and .shop! Balancing it all is critical, and so is my giant planner! It’s been so fulfilling to use skills of mine I haven’t used in a while and to make new friends and connections working outside my home. Yes, I have a lot on my plate. Am I stressed? No, I feel happy and whole. How? My care and kindness to myself is a huge priority. It’s never been this high of a priority in my life, but since being single 7 months, it’s become a part of my routine and I feel so deeply I’m on the right path.

Today feels good. Today I feel light, I feel aligned and strong. Today I was taken care of by 🙏🏽 it’s not often that someone takes care of ME. My wonderful house cleaner and the occasional glass of water poured by my daughter are about it went it comes to receiving acts of service from someone. But today I was fully cared for by Krysta and my face and skin feel wonderful. Because of that experience, And letting myself be cared for, I was fully able to show up and gently guide all of the women tonight ✨
Today was great, today was magic. Grateful.
