Responsible for washing dishes, drinking glasses, wine glasses, sake cups, pots and pans, small kitchen items, etc. Make sure working area is cleaned. Help out with recycling boxes and taking out trash. Mopping the kitchen floor at closing.

On 2/18/21, we packed 21 lunch bags for the front line fighters and heroes of a local hospital.

We’d like to thank the people who are working tirelessly to keep the public safe.

Tomorrow 2/25/21, we will pack more lunch bags and head over to the heroes at Kaiser.

We are closed on Monday's but we'd love to take your order tomorrow! We open at 11:30 am sharp, see you all then!

Sushi fact of the day! 🍣

Sushi may not have originated in Japan.

While Japan 🇯🇵 widely gets recognition for creating sushi the way we see it today, we have Southeast Asia to thank for inspiring modern sushi.

It is believed that “narezushi” (fermented fish 🐟 wrapped in sour rice) emerged somewhere along the Mekong River before it reached China 🇨🇳 and eventually Japan, reports Trip Savvy.

Sushi 🍣 we’re more familiar with today comes from Hanaya Yohei in Japan during the end of the Edo period around the mid 1800s.

We cannot wait to (safely) reopen for indoor dining! But we have the next best thing and offer outdoor dining (fully equipped with hand sanitizer and patio heaters) so you can sit down and enjoy your meal with us.
