This past Saturday, we were thrilled to attend the Helena Symphony's 6th annual benefit concert: Masquerade! 🎭 From the enchanting melodies of Tchaikovsky and Strauss to the captivating tunes of the Harry Potter films, the night was filled with stunning performances. 🎶

So excited to finally reveal a BIG change to you all that has me more excited than I've ever been.

Joyfully Fed has undergone some serious growth and change over last eight months. It started out as my little side-hustle while I was teaching and something positive for me to focus on while I was suffering from some significant autoimmune issues. (I will share more about that soon.) I continued to let the Lord work, He turned it into full-time fun and revealed new goals and opportunities I never imagined with this business. I am beyond grateful for the amazing individuals like you and the businesses I have had the privilege to work with along this journey.

I am overjoyed to introduce: Modern Table, Joyfully Fed's rebrand!

Here's a little more on why Modern Table.

Modern: Oxford dictionary defines it as, “relating to the present or recent times as opposed to the remote past.” I chose this word for two reasons. First, the menu offerings are designed with the latest nutritional science to offer optimal health and promote your individual wellness goals.

Second, to challenge the way you view today’s “modern” diet. The standard American is a significant issue whether you're around your kitchen table or in the doctor’s office. It’s time we realize that what’s at the end of our forks is contributing to the health crisis in this country and in our homes.

It definitely contributed to my autoimmune diagnosis and as someone who uses food to help manage chronic illness, I have a deep passion for helping others realize the power of quality food and it's impact on how you show up for all the responsibilities of your life.

Table: Tables bring people together. Most of us start and end our day sitting at a table. They offer a sense of community and connection. Sharing conversation, quality time, and meals with our loved ones is proven to boost mental and physical health among families.

By taking the stress out of deciding what, when, and the how of cooking, my hope is that you find yourself with more mental and emotional space for your family. I want you to find yourself focusing on the “who’s at my table” rather than, “what am I going to put on the table tonight?”
