Come support one of our local runners, John Williams, who is a member of the 2024 Race4Chase Team running the NYC marathon and is raising money for the CMAK Foundation. Our fun run starts at the usual time of 6:15pm with shoe demos from Altra, but come earlier to enter John's raffle and stick around after the fun run for the raffle drawing! See if you won AWESOME prizes like one of three Starbucks baskets, a pair of running shoes, or a restaurant gift card from Treva, Zohara, Wabi Sabi, Doro, and MORE.

The CMAK Foundation honors the memory of Chase Kowalski of the Sandy Hook tragedy, by providing opportunities for community healing through family-focused triathlon events and wellness initiatives. Their Race4Chase program provides children ages 6-12 the opportunity to train for and compete in USAT certified triathlons at no cost.

As always, runners and walkers of all paces are welcome to join us and choose from two routes, a 3.27 mile or 1.57 mile loop tonight. We look forward to seeing you tonight!

It's FUN RUN day! Superfeet demos tonight!

As always, walkers and runners of all paces are welcome to join us this evening! Choose from a 3.48 mile route and a 1.56 mile route tonight. There will be a raffle to win a pair of insoles tonight too!

Just 2 Weeks until The GREAT Donut Challenge returns!

This unique challenge combines running & donuts - two of our favorite things - to raise money for Hero to Hero, a wonderful non-profit based in CT that helps veterans transition to civilian life while continuing to use their military training as first responders.

Participants will run/walk a ~5k course through West Hartford, checking in at three Donut Stops along the way. At each stop, participants will choose a card that will instruct them to either eat the donut, carry it to the finish (where it must be eaten before you cross the line), or go free.

While the intent of the event is to have fun, there will be special prizes for the top 3 finishers (male and female) courtesy of HOKA!

Upcoming! Local 5k race in Bristol this Saturday!

Lace up your sneakers for a fun race while supporting the Bristol Special Olympics. The 2nd Annual DK Movement Cares 5k Run/Walk features a USATF certified course through the heart of Bristol. There will be cash prizes for the top finishers along with a unique hills competition after the race for those who qualify. There will be a free kids race for kids 9 & under, a food truck, and live music!

The 18th Annual Union Street Tavern Trot is back!!! Walk, run, or trot towards a cure! After the race, enjoy a PARTY with live music and local craft beers.

The Union Street Tavern Trot starts at Union Street Tavern in Windsor, CT, on September 15th at 12:30pm. Enjoy a 3.5 mile course through the heart of the historic Windsor center. All of the race proceeds are donated to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, a national charitable foundation for childhood cancer research.

Pick up your tempo with a carbon plated racing shoe!

We will be joined this evening by Pat from ASICS who is bringing the Metaspeed Sky Paris and Metaspeed Edge Paris to demo!! The Sky is designed for runners who lengthen their stride to run faster, while the Edge is designed for runners who increase their cadence to run faster. Try out a carbon plated shoe tonight and feel the extra BOOST it can provide for your race day!

We will have a 3.51 mile and a 1.69 mile route tonight for our runners and walkers. Meet at the store at 6:15pm and run or walk with us!

Registration is FREE, but T-shirts are limited to the first 100 kids to sign up!

Kids between the ages of 3-11 can join in on the fun and tie their laces for braces (or tighten their Velcros!) There will be prizes for each age category and race swag too!

For each lap tracked, West Hartford Orthodontics will donate $100 to the Smile Scholarship Fund which benefits patients with Husky who don't qualify for braces. Kids will run for fun and for braces!

Join us for our weekly Saturday Fun Run and get your miles in before the heat ramps up. Meet at the store at 8:30am and choose from our 3-4 mile or 6-7 mile routes. All paces are welcome to join the fun!

We are very excited to have partnered with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hartford to facilitate the donation of 100 pairs of brand new Karhu shoes and 100 pairs of Feetures socks to youth in Hartford.
