The energy that we give off is a demonstration of the work we have done within ourselves. As we mentor our horses into releasing their natural self preserving thoughts, I encourage you to ask yourselves how much are you doing the same? Are you living life in fear, anxiety and tension? If so, you know what your horse feels as they venture through life and attempt new things and struggle. We all may struggle with different things but the point is how well we are able to set an example of handling stress and anxiety. The way you handle yourself gives off a different energy that your horse picks up on. So the question is, what are you leading your horse to energetically? Are you being an example of calm thoughtfulness or anxiety and fear? This may be the first time you have considered your responsibility when it comes to how you lead your horses energetically. I encourage you to begin with your own personal mindfulness practice so that you are able to be an example, not by your “words” (what you are asking your horse) but by your presence! This will also create an empathy while working your horses as you become connected to the challenges that working through your fear and anxieties can entail!

It's been an amazing experience and we're super grateful to the theatre, comedy and music communities for bringing in their love, talent and commitment to creating art with a powerful message. AND A HUGE THANK YOU to all of our customers, clients and audience members, it's your love support that continues to keep the arts alive.

While we are leaving the space, our company, An 11:11 Experience isn't going anywhere. We're releasing 3 films within the next year and look forward to staying in touch with all of you. Please continue to keep us posted on all of your amazing work and creative endeavors!

That said, this is our FINAL WEEK in the space and we are having a GIANT SALE!
