Meet Juror Gabrielle Walsh!

Gabrielle Walsh is a professional actress from Chicago. After completing her BFA from Northern Illinois University which included a year abroad at the illustrious Moscow Art Theatre, she moved to LA and quickly amassed film and TV credits including “Shameless,” “The Vampire Diaries,” and “9-1-1,” Some of her other credits include “Paranormal Activity,” HBOMax animated series “Close Enough,” Hulu series “East Los High”, Amazon Series “Small Shots”, “Star” on FOX, the horror film “The Hive” directed by Dave Yarovesky (Bright Burn, Night books), guest star appearances on “Lucifer”, “The Flash”, “FBI Most Wanted”, “Agent X” opposite Sharon Stone, and “Dusk til Dawn” directed by Robert Rodriguez.

Gabrielle is currently set to lead in a NBC series this fall called “Found,” starring Shanola Hampton.

She is committed to applying her art and life experience to expand the hearts and minds of others. Her passion both on and off the screen have lead her to where she is today.

Meet Joel Hurwitz!

Joel Hurwitz is a highly accomplished writer/producer in the realm of animated comedy. Best known for his work on the acclaimed shows Robot Chicken and American Dad, Hurwitz's writing style is characterized by its clever pop culture references, unexpected twists, and razor-sharp dialogue. He has collaborated with some of the most talented individuals in the industry, earning him numerous accolades, including an Emmy Award for his outstanding writing on Robot Chicken.

Meet Juror Abigail Palmer!

Abigail started in Literary Management as an assistant at Epicenter supporting the careers of screenwriters and directors. She then moved to Intellectual Property Group as a Coordinator. In that role, she worked with a wide range of executives, screenwriters, and directors and also focused on IP representation. Abigail holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and a Master's Degree in Creative Producing. She has a passion for script and story development and is dedicated to supporting underrepresented storytellers.

Meet Juror Remi Adeleke!
Remi was born into riches in Nigeria, but following the death of his father and the unjust seizing of his family’s wealth by the Nigerian Government, Remi, his mother, and brother permanently relocated to the Bronx, New York in 1987. Remi enlisted in the Navy in 2002, serving as a corpsman with 1st Marine Division and later joined the Navy SEALs where he specialized in combat medicine and HUMINT (Human Intelligence/tradecraft). Ending his successful naval career in 2016, he was led to pursue opportunities in film/tv consulting, directing writing, and acting, including the 2017 franchise film Transformers: The Last Knight, SEAL Team CBS, the Universal thriller directed by Michael Bay, Ambulance, and the Lionsgate blockbuster The Plane. Remi can also be seen in a recurring role on Amazon’s TV adaptation of the New York Times Best Seller Terminal List. As a consultant Remi worked on Netflix’s 6 Underground, Apple+ TV series Invasion. Remi is the host and Co-EP of the Down Range narrative Podcast, which will be distributed via Tenderfoot TV/iHeart Media in January 2023. Mr. Adeleke holds a bachelors in organizational leadership and an masters in Organizational Strategy, both from the University of Charleston West Virginia. As an educator he co-founded Muskegon Michigan’s OPS academy that opens to inner city students K-8th in Fall of 2022. Remi’s incredible story can be found in his HarperCollins bestselling autobiography, Transformed: A Navy SEALs Unlikely Journey From The Throne Of Africa, To The Streets Of The Bronx, To Defying All Odds.

Meet Juror Rob Bell!

Rob Bell is the Director of Development at Dark Castle Entertainment. He joined the Production & Development department of the company in 2015 as an Executive Assistant, working on such films as THE NICE GUYS, written and directed by Shane Black and starring Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe, SUBURBICON, directed by George Clooney and starring Matt Damon and Julianne Moore, and SUPERFLY, directed by Director X and starring Trevor Jackson and Michael K Williams, before moving up to Story Editor in 2018 and Director of Development in 2022. Since then, he Co-Produced Dark Castle’s prequel to 2009’s ORPHAN, ORPHAN: FIRST KILL, directed by William Brent Bell and starring Julia Stiles and Isabelle Fuhrman, and is currently Co-Producing Dark Castle’s TV series adaptation of 2011’s UNKNOWN, set up at TNT.

Prior to Dark Castle, Bell began his career as a Script Reader for Paradigm and in the Distribution department at Open Road Films, working on films such as CHEF, written, directed by, and starring Jon Favreau, NIGHTCRAWLER, written and directed by Dan Gilroy and starring Jake Gyllenhaal, and SPOTLIGHT, written and directed by Tom McCarthy and starring Michael Keaton and Rachel McAdams.

Meet Juror Libby Petcoff!

Born and raised in Denver, CO with an early love for storytelling, Libby is a proud graduate of Chapman University where she received her BFA in Screenwriting with minors in Film Studies and Holocaust History. She began her career as an assistant in the Motion Picture Literary Department at WME. She then joined the team at Black Label Media, starting as an Executive Assistant and rising in the ranks to Coordinator, Creative Executive, and now Director of Development. Working across both film and television, she has aided in the development of such projects as 12 Strong, Sicario: Day of the Soldado, Devotion, and the upcoming Netflix film Reptile as well as upcoming series Others Unknown for Paramount Network and Havana Nocturne for Apple. She also oversaw the development and production of Black Label’s first scripted podcast The Bystanders.

In her spare time, you’ll find Libby hanging out with her dachshund Gus amid a room full of The Shining memorabilia, watching an investigative documentary or binging Below Deck, planning upcoming travel or her next themed party, while drinking wine and listening to Aaron Carter. In the office, she’ll be looking for scripts to shoot in picturesque locations or trying to claw her way into the next Jordan Peele or Mike White project, ideally with a role for her #1 Mark Ruffalo 😉.

Meet Juror Arlie Day!

Arlie Day began her career in the entertainment industry in 2005 as an NBC Page in LA then quickly parlayed into casting from there. She works in tv and film on both comedy and drama. On the tv side, she’s worked on dozens of pilots and series, from BROTHERS & SISTERS (ABC) and ARE YOU THERE, CHELSEA? (NBC) to SEAL TEAM (CBS), DEAD INSIDE (CW) and GONE HOLLYWOOD (FX). Recent films include WHERE ARE YOU (Anthony Hopkins, Camille Rowe, Ray Nicholson, Madeline Brewer) and TO LESLIE (Andrea Riseborough, Allison Janney, Marc Maron, Stephen Root, Owen Teague, Andre Royo, Matt Lauria), which was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in 2023. In early 2020, Arlie and her casting partner Mike Page formed Day & Page Casting. They’ve cast a multitude of projects including THE STORIED LIFE OF A.J. FIKRY (Kunal Nayyar, Christina Hendricks, Lucy Hale, David Arquette, Scott Foley), BROMATES (Lil Rel Howery, Josh Brener, Snoop Dogg), ALL MY FRIENDS for Amazon and the Adult Swim pilot EGGLAND. They currently have several projects in development including films for Thor Freudenthal, Nicole Perlman, Alloy Entertainment, BCDF Pictures, Mandalay Entertainment and DiNovi Pictures.
