Try our Seared snapper Nigiri w/ "Yuzu Pepper"!

Aka: "Yuzu kosho" is a type of Japanese seasoning. It is a paste made from chili peppers, yuzu peel and salt, which is then allowed to ferment. It is usually used as a condiment for nabemono dishes, miso soup, and sashimi.
It goes perfectly with white fish such as snapper, which has a mild flavor.

Imported Japanese A5 ranked wagyu beef deep fried to a cutlet and made into a mouth watering luxurious sandwich.

What is “Katsu-Sando”?
“Katsu-Sando” is a unique Japanese menu that is mainly served by sandwiching cutlet (usually a pork or beef cutlet) .
The cutlet sandwiched inside is sometimes seasoned with tonkatsu sauce and kneaded mustard. As an orthodox style, shredded cabbage is often sandwiched together.
In 1930s, it was originally served for Geisha in Tokyo. They made a special order of small bread so that Geisha could eat it without taking off the geisha's lipstick.
Now “Katsu-Sando” has been a popular menu nationwide because it is easy to eat and has a sense of volume.

"Hamachi K**a"
Grilled salt seasoned yellowtail collar. The k**a is a part of the fish around the collar that is firm and has excellent quality meat. It is also close to the belly, so it is fatty and delicious.
