What a beautiful post to start the day. Thank you so much 🙏 it is a privilege to work with such a talented young actress 🎬🎥 you rock my world. I am so proud of you 🌟

For those of you who don’t know us we are Carol and Lauren. We created Camera Ready Events 15 years ago when we brought a group of British children and teens to Los Angeles where they opened the Chinese American Film Festival at the Directors Guild on Sunset Boulevard in front of the worlds press. We have been blessed to work with so many amazing actors from so many countries. Our next stop is New York where we have been invited to the new York film Festival ahead of our LA course which includes making a horror movie. We can’t wait 🎥🎬

Whether or not you surf most of us have been on the beach and watched the waves. Life is like sitting on your surf board the swell of the sea beneath you. A huge wave may come lifting us up and launching us forward. Then there might be a ripple that gently caresses us and allows us a moment to catch our breath. Through it all the sea keeps moving ebbing and flowing. It is unpredictable what will happen next just like life. Stay in the flow, things are ever changing that’s what makes the journey exciting 🏄 September 1st. The start of another exciting month 👏

Last week I was being interviewed and the guy asked me what is the saying you use most? I replied
‘you do you and I’ll do me’
He asked what does that mean?
Here it is 🚘🙏
Live life in your own lane. Imagine it like a motorway or freeway. Choose your lane and I’ll choose mine. It doesn’t mean we can’t be in the same lane no matter who’s infront or behind. We can choose the outside lane and go full speed ahead or choose the inside lane and cruise along. We can overtake, fall behind or stay at the same speed. There maybe hold ups, traffic jams, accidents or diversions. Deal with each of them only when they arise. Ultimately we all reach the same destination. The most important part is the journey and you get to choose how you get there. Here’s to an incredible week ❤️

Well that’s a wrap on Liverpool. It was incredible! So much fun, vibrancy and long days filled with talent with a fantastic work ethic. We sang, we laughed, we worked on characters with heavy emotional stories that tested our actors to dig deep. We made a movie and we are beyond proud of every actor and all our crew. From the bottom of my heart thank you 🙏 I am privileged to produce ‘I Am Enough’ and we can’t wait for you to see it Lauren Irwin de Ocampo
