Worth the wait! Clinical trials have shown that tirzepatide controls hemoglobin A1c in diabetics better than semaglutide and also resulted in greater weight loss. Resveratrol, an antioxidant in red wine, has been studied and found to increase levels of high-density-lipoprotein (HDL, the good cholesterol), which protects the heart against cholesterol buildup. Remember to always drink in moderation. The American Heart Association defines one drink as 5oz of wine. Women should limit consumption to one drink per day and men can have two drinks per day. So now you know, go have a glass of red wine with your loved ones, it’s good for you! - Doctor’s orders 😉
