Unlike others trainings in the community, the Syzygy model offers a streamlined and focused precision on working through the 8 Phases with IFS upgrades and interweaves. Special attention is paid to strong blended protectors that may stall or loop processing with EMDR. Hersey has created a new scale, Level of Urge to Protect (LUP) to facilitate this process.
